Anima Yell! (アニマエール！) by Unohana Tsukasa. Serialized in Houbunsha's Manga Time Kirara Carat.
Recently completed at five volumes. The (very good) anime covered ~3 of those so there's not much post-anime material unfortunately, but 5 is a relatively quick read.
