たまには技術的な話を。
キャラは皆、同じAnimationControllerを使用。スクリプトでAnimatorOverrideControllerを使うとAnimationClipが上書きできるので、これを使ってキャラの専用モーションがあれば差し替えます。この方法だと差分だけ用意すれば良くて楽です（というのを最近知りました😅）
