@Yara_Haridy Finally, there are some with very multisegmented bodies, which inspired the idea that all Cambrian "bivalved arthropods" were stem-euarthropods. Their position is a bit more controversial, then, but they can have really bizarre carapaces!
Little Ianthasaurus was one of the earliest Synapsids; a diminutive member of the Edaphosauridae, from the Late Carboniferous. Unlike its larger later cousins, Ianthasaurus was more lightly built, and had pointed, peg-like teeth that were better adapted for feeding on arthropods.
I love all my fellow arthropods. As long as they stay outside of my living area.

Anomalocaris was a Cambrian animal & a relative of ancestral arthropods. It had two large eyes on stalks & spiky arms in front of its mouth.

@altermentality The vampires from Darkest Dungeon. Instead of the typical bat motif, they went with mosquitoes and various other bloodsucking arthropods. Probably the some of the best monster designs I’ve seen.

Hyphalosaurus was a freshwater aquatic reptile from the Early Cretaceous. They were 80 cm long & had a small head with needle-like teeth. Its diet consisted of small fish & arthropods.
