Violet the Tsareena, one of my Pokémon OCs. Created during a Pokémon Shield Artlocke(nuzlocke rules + I have to draw every mon I get), found a Bounsweet in a ghost area so I made her character be all edgy and spooky and stuff and also a goth girl

The only 2 OCs that has a "meaningful name" I can think of is Isaak who's lastname "Lockheart" is based on his very first design that had a "heartlocker chest"
And then WavSEED who "Wav" part is based on how UTAUs are made of Wav files + his nautical theme
