AHA Year 11 students get stress-busting advice!
This week the Y11s started their series of assemblies about beating exam stress led by Mrs Mills. Exam stress can affect anyone. All Year 11s were given a supporting leaflet from Childline.

There can be times during revision when you start to feel you're losing it. Our tip for these times is: chill out. Close your eyes, breath deeply and slowly. Shake your arms and relax your shoulders. Go for a walk. Say "relax" and "I'm doing a good job"
