So there you have it, Radio One did in fact playlist "Androgyny" and gave it more support than any other UK station - despite what Shirley remembers! It was from "Cherry Lips" onwards that R1 dropped the band.

In Australia, spent a week at and went double-platinum by the end of 2002. Three hit singles, including the gold-selling "Cherry Lips", and a tour edition released in 2002, put Australia as a top territory for Garbage.
