Me describing how I draw the Amaru: they're bipedal, humanoid dragon people. they have dinosaurian/bird-like legs and mainly humanlike torsos, so they use their arms like primates

fanartists: so they walk on all fours and act like cats, got it! 👍

bluebell is probably the character I’ve worked on the most 😅 trying to strike that balance between realistic and expressive, cat-like and bird-like and also something else entirely, has been a very fun challenge

Sirens of Greek mythology were bird-like and perched on rocky islands & outcrops, singing their seduction to lure sailors to their demise.

While mermaids were more like stunning creatures of the sea, who drew men's attention by their beauty.

Both personified Temptation.

Ooh I'd like to. I think I have a fairy somewhere in my years of commissions, but otherwise, I have drawn characters with more bird-like wings. So I have some experience with the wing structure. :>
