In the unfortunate light of the netflix show cancellation, I'm reading Bone again for the first time in a very long time. Starting with Out From Boneville (2005), the humor in this one is great and it has only gotten better as I've gotten older. Grandma is the best character.

I love Bone with a passion absolutely amazing book series. But one thing that always bothered me is why do the cousins have to leave? They never explain this. They'd literally live like kings in the valley, everyone in boneville probably still hates them. It's needlessly bitter.
