The Chochin Obake is a torn and battered paper lantern with a tongue protruding from the split in the surface. Not much is really known about this yokai; it is unknown if they are even docile or malicious.

Again, the actual design for Hisuian Voltorb is great, but considering the aesthetics of the Hisui Region, I think it would have been really cool to lean into its yokai origins and make it look more like a chochin-obake. Maybe make it Electric/Ghost or Fire/Ghost instead?
