Fantastic Contraption. Released it on iOS (and WiiWare). I think it's now back to its original developer. Same with Line Rider and the Super Stacker series. You can play all of them online, except maybe Choplifter HD. It was so different back then. Hard to believe.

One of the first-ever C64 shoot 'em ups, Choplifter! is a cracking port of the Apple original. Atmospheric, tense, and with simple but superbly animated graphics, it’s supremely playable and loads of fun.

I was so incredibly surprised to see Choplifter make the jump to the arcade. (So few games do that.) But then I found I was terrible at it, with all the extra firepower being thrown at you. 😄 But that's arcade games: they wanna eat all your credits. 🪙

Another game by the creator of the Sims series of games. I don't know how well this plays on NES, but it certainly annoyed me on Atari 7800. Might've been the joystick controls, who knows.
