here's the more recent redesign for the red queen including her brood. Her dress is made of blood using vampiric blood magic. It looks like cloth on her body but it trails behind her like a liquid. Her brood are all male servants that dress like greasers

Here's a look at she's office in It's actually the living room of a 1 bedroom apartment refurbished for business use. Amarok couldnt get an actual business office in the district he works he had to instead get a bunch of permits for just this.
