Colourism is a huge problem within too many communities & it's so vitally important to show realistic diversity in your representation
Besides don't you get bored having all of your characters look the same?
All 4 of these characters are Asian, you really can do it & it's so easy https://t.co/IhBnObeajf

some lesser used panels which depict Wanda and Pietro with darker skin tones (Pietro is however stated to be lighter than Wanda), as they often fall victim to colourism from uneducated artists, which is, for some reason, used to insist the twins are white.

I am loving so far, even the jinn angle isn't dissuading me JUST yet but I'm disappointed in how little Tyesha Hillman's character has developed so far. In the comics she was so THERE, as were the discussions the couple had with the family on racism and colourism 1/3

Personally I choose to make art that voices out on many social issues as I believe art can change perspectives. Art can create representation, positivity, lend support. Until recently I stuck to topics like colourism, racism, child marriage, feminism n now do politics
