This guy is part of an early heresy Serrated Sun chapter so is non-chaotic.

It's a bit like a terminator version of this Contemptor.

I suppose I should have also answered the question. But my favorite is the Contemptor, with an Autocannon and Chainfist.

It can fire from 48", but also can close in melee and wreck face when needed.
