@st4pps Yes and no, in her trailer she's shown to have some tufts of longer fur on her head, but not like a full head of hair. She's a cougar, so she doesn't actually have a mane naturally.
When her helmet is off in-game (and taunt isn't active) her base hair is more like a small mohawk
