Granted, I've used Medibang stuff before on da PC but one thing I'll say is that their brushes just clicks, at least with me. I love how simple and straightforward they are, few minor adjustments on it will gimme the brush consistency I like.

I use 3 separate layers when I create, line art on top, shading middle and colors bottom, I love creating smiles though, my best quality lol
