Sci lab workers have a hard time collecting any sample of this coromons poison as it really does live by the rule of sleeping with your eyes open with its third eye in the middle of its head always watching as it sleeps

Basically it's a red panda of snow, who draw arrows with his bamboo.
The scarf is to remember the cold and the leaf of a bamboo.
In the sketches, we can see that his tail can grow and camouflage him; it also can hide his bamboo inside.
