I'm from the Philippines, theres a lot of stuff I wanna learn but for now improving on my character portraits and design is start. I'd love to see this hobby of mine reach its full potential and see where it goes.

I'd consider it to be more about intent and making of. more than anything. An amazing artist called Cyangmou (haven't tagged because I dont want to bother him on some random discussion) has done great analysis on the true definitions of pixel art.
