Fitsidia Day 9: Leg is healed so we back at leg day and after all those squats, lunges, and deadlifts I feel like I have a case of noodle legs! But heck I feel so good and thicc right now!! I hope you all are doing great as well being the best you!🖤💀🖤

Fitsidia Day 7, after my fall I was back with legs today with my smol wolf! I upped my squat weight and did deadlifts! Only downside was when I did deadlifts I accidently hit my leg and ripped off a scab from the fall, so cleaned the blood and went back to work! These thighs yo!

Build a bigger and stronger back!

As you can see, your back has lots of muscles involved. Getting the big movements done is advisable (deadlifts, pull ups, bent over rows). Then look to mix up the grips with various exercises to target different areas of the back.
