Prey (2018). This one didn't hook me for the first act, feeling too similar to other games it takes inspiration from. But by the third act I was having a fantastic time. A slow burn. Amazing soundtrack and diagetic UI.

The first set of 10 levels for has been roughly planned out and each level has preliminary designs to introduce the mechanics.
