@WithChrisNKeith This one's a pretty sweet beat-em-up. I can help you get it set up if you want z the INSTALL program doesn't load under DOSBox since it uses an unemulated instruction
DOS / Amiga platofmer obscurity Lollypop got released on Steam last week. It looks cute! Comes with both the floppy and CD versions (run through DOSBox)

It did save the .bmp from DOSBox! Back in those days a man earned his gachas by the sweat of his brow and employment of HE.
Sentimental Shooting, an old-school shmup running on DOSBox Pure w/ Win 98 SE
@Jman19931 Was it called Stay Tooned? If so, I found a link to a download for it, but you might need Dosbox or something similar to run it.

I got DosBox up and running on RetroArch
It has some nice controller input options, which really helps with titles like Aone in the Dark
A few years ago my uncle gave me a bunch of his old floppy disks. Most of them are unused and still in their original packaging, but I found some really old files and games on the used ones. I even managed to get some of the games to work with DOSBox :)
For all the Ultima Underworld fans here:
I've made a portable laucher for UW 1 and 2 that incorporates some enhancement mods, Roland MT-32 support and a enhanced version of DOSBox called "DOSBox Staging".
More details in the tweet bellow, have fun.

After a few hours of finagling and crash courses in dosbox I figured out how to boot some of my old childhood pinball games through Steam.
Wonder if I could find some copies of Pinball Dreams and Fantasies for DOS...
Blam! Machine Head (DOS, Core Design, 1996) https://t.co/wHLWgbXqnk
Get it packaged with DOSBox for Windows at https://t.co/H7qtUz57cQ via @TheCC101
Notyet - shareware version (In-browser, DOS, Grog Productions, 1996) https://t.co/LgXmKvt91s
Slow, but works. May run faster if you download the ZIP and play it in DOSBox.
@FlightDreamz @gregnacu I think we get so many DOS ones because there's a free DOSBox environment that's so easy to set up and sell without legal hassles. For Amiga, the easiest no-hassle way to set it up is to buy Cloanto's Amiga Forever package and run stuff from there, rather than individual games 🤔
Alien Incident (In-browser, DOS, Housemarque, 1996)
Non-playable in-browser demo: https://t.co/fCn4CwRa7i
Full game, bundled with DOSBox for modern versions of Windows by @TheCC101: https://t.co/iqrz4jj1Ae
@RMCRetro Huh.. I don't think I've ever played the MegaDrive version of Wolf3D. I've generally been playing the DOS version (lately, in DOSBox.) Though, strangely enough, these screenshots are from an Amiga version. Which was fun to tinker around with back when I didn't have a PC.. 😄
Decided to use Neko Project Kai instead and fixed the sound issue.
Honestly the looks better here than dosbox, but I have to used antimacro/joy2key to play. Suck that P1 controls don't control the menu....

"You're Norvell the Nibbler and you're here to prove how good you are at nibblin'!
When a nibbler eats a nibblet, they get longer. That's what nibblin' is! Slither and nibble your way through twenty stages." (again use Zeta not DOSBox)
I have the best community. They're super helpful, love to tinker, have a great sense of humor, and understand fully the joys of subjecting our favorite games to the most inhumane torture imaginable.
Case in point, here's @BrandonBlume's new CGA shader for DOSBox-X in action.
playing DARK FORCES. it's absolutely stunning. playing on mac the steam dosbox version never ran smoothly and the pc version is the same by default but if you edit the dosbox config from 20000 cycles to 200000 it's totally smooth, just as i remember shooters from back then being
In 2 hours (11am EST) I'm playing the original King's Quest. Time to fire up the DOSbox and get ready for adventure!
