2020 vs 2024

Started in SFM, then switched to Blender in 2021. From there I've been trying to improve the perceived quality of the models and the scene.

The only drawback: it takes me longer to finish them, and I discard many others because I feel they aren't "artistic enough".

My old work consisted of a bunch of shapes I'd draw and layer together with the pen tool and clipping masks. The uniform look of the lines was both a benefit and a drawback, but I could adjust my lines after the fact which is why I did it for about 4 or 5 years

I'm still using this coloring method because I'm not confident with my color choices. It's a great way to separate thinking about value and hue and saturation. The only drawback is that the final result may lack saturation, which can be compensated for by using the saturation

Any v5's drawback, the movement of holding an object may be worse than v3.
Also, when objects are drawn, the 3D effect seems to be strengthened.

Shokuhou and Mikoto are good but can't do anything substantial in Index which muddies them.

Index was good early on but became useless.
