Date: October 30, 1944. Location: Seeadler Harbor, Manus Island, Papua New Guinea. Event: USN light cruiser Honolulu sits in the floating drydock ABSD-2 showing her port side damaged by a Japanese aerial torpedo on October 20. The ship is out of service until the end of the WW2.
