1. Severe AR( see the diastolic reversal in aorta and rapid deceleration of AR jet)
2. Infective endocarditis and bicuspid aortic valve with fusion of right and left cusp
3. Posterior aortic root thickening( ring access)
4. Moderate AS

Bacteria of the Day: Kytococcus schroeteri (Becker et al. 2002).

K. schroeteri is a Gram-positive, yellow-pigmented, coccoid bacterium first isolated from blood samples in Germany. It can cause bacteremia, pneumonia, and endocarditis.
