Just finished the Sandman on Netflix. First 6 episodes are grrreat, 5 and 6 are compelling with a great villain.

However, the Vortex storyline starting with epis. 7 is sappy kitsch with too many new characters and a messy plot and cheap CGI.

Overall, a 6 out of 10

is not fit to be a showrunner cuz if u know your lead + best actress has received pre-approved time off, u should be able to write her char well in those epis she is in!

And if ur plan is to make her char disappear then at least have other chars care & not act OOC
