for name tag, my evbo designs always have one bc he is the very few people with name tag in his series! parkciv hangs it from hips (same as pvp) simbo has name tag on his chest but the window that’s supposed to show it is replaced by a pvp window, again with erasing his identity

for your purposes i recommend dry gouache and wet bleed blender. i almost never use textured brushes for precise shading and usually shade with the lineart tool + blur/erasing but to each their own! if you HAVE to use a watercolor use the old version dense watercolor brush
