#Khione/Χιονη was a #Thracian #nymph,the daughter of Boreas and Oreithyia and sister of Cleopatra,Zetes,and Calais. Poseidon got her pregenant with Eumolpus, and in order to conceal this,she threw the boy into the sea; he was saved by Poseidon and Khione became #goddess of #snow
