While I'm still planning on tweaking hs design *just* a bit, here's the finished Extrapolator/SonAI sprite! (thanks to for help on the hands)

MY EXE TAKE UPDATE!!
First: He is now called "SonAI" (you can still call him Extrapolator if you want). Second: I decided that since he goes from an AI accidentally being unsettling to purposeful trying to spook you, he should get two different designs for each version
