So I took a crack at 's Adventures with Anxiety, and it really made me look at my anxiety through a new perspective! Definitely recommend it to those suffering from it as well.

That being said, I pictured my anxiety animal/fearsona as a stegosaurus.

After playing 's fantastic and heartfelt Adventures With Anxiety, I made a little Fearsona for my own goofbrain.

Like most seagulls, Molt is loud, impulsive, tricky, startles easy, and unrelenting once set on something. But even those can sometimes be good things!

After playing "Adventures with Anxiety" by and seeing the creators "fearsonas", I was inspired to make my own thing and of course, I chose goat because, well, goats are awesome. The game was epic and I highly recommend you play it if you haven't already.
