Skulls! I do loads of D&D tokens for the games I run, and here’s a few flameskull variations. These took surprisingly long as I couldn’t get a sketch I was really happy with, but sticking with it paid off!

Was having trouble making flameskulls interesting. As far as design cues go, they're very bare-bones (HAR HAR!) Just, a floating skull that's on fire.
Then I remembered, flameskulls are dead wizards!

Oh man! I'm still processing what happened in our last D&D session... A darn FlameSkull blasted a giant Fireball spell at us! Our Cleric Reverend Theo nearly died. And sadly our Goblin buddy Droop, whom my character helped and kept safe up to this point, was instantly killed. 😭
