@thatskidding My first one was an awful Genius G-Pen that I had to get exchanged for a new one three times, the last time the screen was cut?!
My newest one is 5th gen iPad pro

I went through so many tablets though, Wacoms, XP-Pens (best), Surface (the second worst).

more arts i did from last night's art request stream!! i think im REALLY enjoying thick outlines with g-pen. i might just roll with that from now on!!!! YA HOO

@MahmudAsrar For clean inking I use turnip pen at 33 for main lines and 22 for detail lines (for 600dpi images). For a more “artisanal” line I use g-pen (same sizes)

First is turnip, next is g-pen

I personally use lasso fill and G-pen for drawing hair. Lasso for basic shapes, pen for additional details

this tutorial is for Clip Studio Paint, however you can do the same in Photoshop. Theoretically you can do the same in Paint Tool Sai, but you have to apply outline later

I animated her because I wanted to learn how to animate. Couldn’t find a g-pen on Procreate though.

I realised that one can draw with a G-pen on a vector layer in CSP. And with stabilisation it’s indeed easy to make smooth, clean lines.
