Grownut. it basically a hard packed pastry flour ( when raw ) with cinnamon bark shell. if roasting it first the taste and texture will become more like mixed roasted nuts.

This plant basically like omelet inside bell pepper. After scoop the egg inside out the green part can be use as vegetable just like bell pepper , cabbage or kale irl. It is only plant in game that can extract for salt.
