The body ornaments and the elaborate hair bun reminds me of various buddhism sculptures and paintings from the Tang dynasty.
Lots of such sculptures are found along the silk road (especially Dunhuang), which are dessert areas (west of China). Super fitting for the Gerudo dessert.
If Gerudo women were real, they would probably dominate any athletic competition
