A port from an old Sega Genesis game, is pretty much what you'd expect from a shoot'em-up back in the day: fast action, pretty visuals. It shows the genre's golden age, but doesn't really stand out among its competitors. A solid game, but nothing amazing.

Gleylancer is an awesome little shoot 'em up that was only released in Japan on the Mega Drive in 1992. Now its been translated and I've played it on PS5 and seriously enjoyed it. Check my review here on
