13 years ago (JP), Ash and friends meet Paul again. Paul ends up catching a Gliscor and Ash gets a Gligar, that would of course, end up evolving into a Gliscor later in the series. I thought it was cool to see these two get yet another species in common. Thoughts?

g2 has more mons that can be easily recognized as speciffic animals compared to chimeric designs, both games have both but i feel g2s chimeric designs can still be more easily recognized as the mix like with gligar
