A bastard bird! He has been a feared general and a warrior, who now found himself in a company of pirate gryphons. He doesn't mind it and is just as ruthless and brutal as before. Has a soft spot for kids and in his own way, is surprisingly good parental figure.

Today's is very much based on gryphons. I played a bit of Tactics Ogre last week and tested how possible it is to go with all monsters. One of them was a gryphon.

Very stylized here in what I do, but I have a terrible affinity for dragons and gryphons. Grew up with oldschool anime and my love of it never left as I grew older.

I wish I had unlimited funds to commission to make The Gryphon Generation graphic novel/manga!
They did incredible with this scene in book 3 where Anfang meets Joseph and Anthony, the “father” of all gryphons. The meeting didn’t go well.

Book 4 has some of my favorite scenes involving Biski and Merin =] But if you need a happier book, Crestfall is definitely the main trio at their happiest getting into trouble together. Plus adorable, troublesome sand gryphons.

Did you know that peacocks make a sound like a human woman shouting for help? (Often outside my window at 5am just to say hi growing up.)

Did you know that cougars, not being "big cats," also let out a sound like someone being murdered?
