These franchises have some of the best music imo. I would say to look into all of the games OST's for each franchise, but I know it can be time consuming.

E.g.
Tekken - Karma
Megaman X3 opening stage theme
Street fighter - Guile or Vega stage
Sonic frontiers - 1-2 flowing
