Ok so, I absolutely love Planet Coaster (too bad my PC hates it) So here's my favorite of all of the in game mascot characters, Gulpee Rex! I think this is the fastest I've put a picture like this together, maybe 2 or 3 hours. Pretty happy with how it came out!
