Traffic scene on Norwood Road in c.1960. Traffic feeding into the junction from Dulwich Road, Railton Road, Norwood Road, Milkwood Road, Herne Hill and Half Moon Lane, has always made this a complicated affair, hence the traffic policeman!

Shops and pub on Milkwood Road 1905-1911. Brockwell Park Stores, presumably pictured with its proprietor E. Keeble standing in the doorway, was located at No.377. The Milkwood Tavern was located at No.63, and close-up photo shows the name of its landlord S.W. Carter.
