#260 Salome III
Salome is not named in the Bible. She is first named in an account by Flavius Josephus. Some Greek sources have her AND her mother’s name as Herodias.
There IS a Salome in the Bible, but she is a disciple of Jesus. Some believe they are the same person.

The Beheading of St. John the Baptist
The Gospel recounts his martyrdom. St. John boldly reprimanded Herod for adultery. "It is against the law," he told the king, "for you to take the wife of your brother." Herodias and her daughter requested Herod to have St. John beheaded.
Going somewhere? Sorry, but there's only one path and one destination for you! There's no use trying to fight back a demi-eldritch girl like Herodias!!

My piece for #fanwalkerfriday The surprise character is a reimagined old fanwalker (Isobel). This gal's name is Rosalyn Herodias. She's a walker from Innistrad that serves an entity called "The Spark of Life". Though unfortunately, Emrakul's influence warped her.
