Tis weekend but seeing the brutality of the Thai police on the protesters has been hard. Seeing the cops fire rubber bullets at head height taking peoples sight makes us furious & as HKers commemorate the siege of Poly U & those lost that common pain hits hard

Have you all heard about the massive scam/human trafficking/organ sale-dark web horrors that are now coming to the world's attention in Cambodia/Vietnam/Thailand now? There are reportedly ~50 or so HKers that remain missing in the area. News blew up in Taiwan and now HK

Considering the regime tear gassed 80%+ of the city's population and is trying to lock up all our pro-democracy activists, I don't think HKers need the West to sway them on China.

I think it's a bit telling how Beijing thinks HKers don't appreciate Chinese culture, when, you know, we speak Chinese, celebrate Chinese festivals, eat Chinese food, etc.

We're just the wrong sort of Chinese, I guess.

2. In this new letter form CCA, it calls my art about CCP’s crimes against Tibetans HKers and Uyghur are controversial and violent.

But why does CCA not denounce CCP’s Uyghur genocide as racist n hateful but call my art depicting this human rights disaster is too violent ?!

While HKers were charging towards Poly, the protesters trapped were looking for ways to escape. The ingenious kids figured out how to abseil down a bridge on a flimsy rope, to the waiting motorbikes below which quickly, wordlessly whisked them away.

Because Prince Edward station became a focal point of HKers' grief, there began a passive aggressive war of flowers (?) between the people and the govt. The police would tear down flowers, art etc. dedicated to the dead...

A lot of the art promoting the event 2 years ago emphasized various HKers coming together - no matter frontliner, woleifei, elderly, young, Marge Simpson... everyone's welcome on the "The Hong Kong Way" 😀

And of course, Lady Justice. No longer truly blind, but definitely blinded. A potent symbol for the sorry state of rule of law in HK, and the dim prospects of K, or any of the HKers who have been injured by the police, to ever receive justice.

Heartfelt gratitude to for supporting 😭🙏People who had been suffering from oppression know the true meaning of Also thank you to for voicing out for HKers and other oppressed people. 🙏

It also adds poignancy to the phrase 'not one less'. HKers won't accept anything less than the 5 Demands... and we also cannot do without you by our side. Stay alive. Stay alive.

To those overwhelmed by depression, the message from HKers' doodles is clear: We know you may be struggling. We feel your pain. You are not alone. So many of us are standing right behind you. We will catch you if you fall.

And so HK protest art was keenly aware of depression & suicide risks from the start. Our doodles had a pleading tone -

"Please don't commit suicide. Our hearts are as one."
"Friends, don't go. HKers, don't give up."

The feeling of guilt has added to the blues, and we guess this will only intensify as some HKers leave, some stay. Either way, all of those left alive, still (relatively) free must often wonder... why me and not them?...

Most of the HK protest art you've seen are probably of our frontliners braving teargas, looking unbeatable, unshakeable, unbreakable. But the truth is HKers are merely human. Many were drowning, in teargas, in tears, in fears. Many are still drowning.

CCP is running out of money and starting to confiscate money from Chinese companies, of course the money of HKers are also taken into account

Think back to July 1 2020. It was the first day of a new HK under NSL. HKers had a lot they wanted to say, and unsure whether they were allowed to say it.
