Tis weekend #MilkTeaAlliance but seeing the brutality of the Thai police on the protesters has been hard. Seeing the cops fire rubber bullets at head height taking peoples sight makes us furious & as HKers commemorate the siege of Poly U & those lost that common pain hits hard

Have you all heard about the massive scam/human trafficking/organ sale-dark web horrors that are now coming to the world's attention in Cambodia/Vietnam/Thailand now? There are reportedly ~50 or so HKers that remain missing in the area. News blew up in Taiwan and now HK
Considering the regime tear gassed 80%+ of the city's population and is trying to lock up all our pro-democracy activists, I don't think HKers need the West to sway them on China.
I think it's a bit telling how Beijing thinks HKers don't appreciate Chinese culture, when, you know, we speak Chinese, celebrate Chinese festivals, eat Chinese food, etc.
We're just the wrong sort of Chinese, I guess.

2. In this new letter form CCA, it calls my art about CCP’s crimes against Tibetans HKers and Uyghur are controversial and violent.
But why does CCA not denounce CCP’s Uyghur genocide as racist n hateful but call my art depicting this human rights disaster is too violent ?!
While HKers were charging towards Poly, the protesters trapped were looking for ways to escape. The ingenious kids figured out how to abseil down a bridge on a flimsy rope, to the waiting motorbikes below which quickly, wordlessly whisked them away.

Because Prince Edward station became a focal point of HKers' grief, there began a passive aggressive war of flowers (?) between the people and the govt. The police would tear down flowers, art etc. dedicated to the dead...

Most of the HK protest art you've seen are probably of our frontliners braving teargas, looking unbeatable, unshakeable, unbreakable. But the truth is HKers are merely human. Many were drowning, in teargas, in tears, in fears. Many are still drowning.

Think back to July 1 2020. It was the first day of a new HK under NSL. HKers had a lot they wanted to say, and unsure whether they were allowed to say it.
