Today's monster is Hornetaur, introduced in Monster Hunter on the PS2.
The monsters we're aware of that have Regional Species (I might miss a few as a heads up since I'm listing them from the top of my head).
Small Monsters
1. Aptonoth
2. Kelbi
3. Apceros
4. Anteka
5. Popo
6. Vespoid
7. Hornetaur
8. Atlaroth
9. Bnahabra
10. Mosswine
11. Slagtoth
Moving this Friday so can't draw much. Sharing these Hornetaur and Vespoid sets from #MonsterHunter in the meantime! I think these are from in 2016...
Woke up and saw the monster hunter movie trailer, pretty alright. Not much to say on it
At the start of it I honestly thought this was Dah'ren Mohran
It's probably just some ragged stone
The bugs also confused me cause I thought they were hornetaurs but they might be nerscylla
Espinas feeds on slow-moving prey like Hornetaur, Mosswine, and Aptonoth. If its "hunting style" wasn't odd enough, Espinas deals with intruders in its territory compared to other flying wyverns as well.
