Rillaboom = Music
Cinderace = Sports (Football)
Intellion = Drama/Crime

He also stated that the fighting-leader has Cinderace and the ghost-leader has Intellion. And while looking back that's the one thing he got wrong, it is note-worthy Bea still has bunny ears in her official design. Not unreasonable to think Gamefreak later changed the idea.
