Looking at the shape of Joraal's shield and knowing the Darkin weapons are usually a bunch of flesh and bone melded with weaponry, makes me wonder if the resemblence to a crocodile/dragon head is intentional

For now; headcanoning Joraal had a reptilian body as an Ascended

i know im probably just insane, but aatrox's sword and joraal's aegis look very similar to me, esp with the little things in the middle
w/ aatrox being in the background of joraal's splash and the voice line asking where he is- i want them to be besties 🥹💕
