Kwannon is definitely a Tactile Telekinetic.

And her having Tactile TK makes more sense as the psionic warrior.

Imbuing her TTK into her weapons to cause physical damage? Yeah. May she never use traditional telekinesis like Jean or Hellion.

One of the complaints I've heard about and in general is how limited your movement is during battles despite, in the anime, fights being so kinetic.
