Otro que también es de mis tiempos mozos como otakito. Va de las aventuras de un niño pijo de época y su mayordomo demoño. La historia está entretenida, pero sobretodo me gusta a nivel visual.

Not arguing here, just wanted to add that there are stories that take place in western countries, like Attack on Titan and Kuroshitsuji. This blonde character you showed is from Kuroshitsuji. It takes place in victorian England so the characters are mostly white.
