Arthur Harris [Photos by Gebbe, Al Urban, Lon of New York] New York, 1952 & later. Although the deserved the title, Arthur Harris wasn't awarded Mr. America 1959 because he was black. He trained at Bronx Union YMCA, and died in 2003.
