A cryptid from Loveland, Ohio, that appears to be a huge frog standing in its hind legs.
One account says that it also has a wand that shoots out sparks(!?)

Loveland Frogmen,March 3, 1970, law-enforcement saw a presumably dead lizard creature on the side of the road. It then spring up and tried to leave. The officers shot at it. However this images more related to the first encounter in the 50s.

The Loveland Frogmen are said to be three frogs that were bipedal. One of which was carrying a magic wand, the second carrying a trumpet. I can only assume the third one was there for vocals.

Most recognisable attribute was the glowing eyes. I don't think there has been any records of it wearing a cape, but I have yet to find any records of it NOT wearing a cape.
