- Q HP damage increased from 2% - 3% to 2% - 4%
- E base damage reduced from 55 - 155 to 50 - 150, empowered unchanged
- E damage AP ratio reduced from 35% to 25%, empowered reduced from 70% to 50%
- E slow AP ratio reduced from 4% per 100 AP to 1%
Maokai changes:
* P heal health ratio reduced from 4.8% - 14% max HP to 4.5% - 12%
* Q bonus monster damage increased from 40 - 120 to 80 - 160
* E damage AP ratio reduced from 42.5% to 40%
Maokai change:
* E health ratio changed from 6% max HP to 6% bonus HP.
Empowered E was already bonus HP for some reason
More Maokai changes:
* P cooldown reduction against monsters increased from 1 second to 1.5
* Q bonus monster damage increased from 40 - 80 to 40 - 120
