I can answer that! The devil Tarot in its original form is supposed to be a bisexual entity. All the Tarot the cards are based from the "Tarot de Marseilles" deck that's about 500 years old. Here's the original devil (that's arguably worse. Lol)

Sorry, I meant made up imagery. I looked at the Tarot Esoterico and they don't look anything a like. The ones based on the Marseilles are referenced from the imagery. The meaning for Councillor is more closely related to the Magician, but the P5 meaning for this card isn't.
