#mathober2022 is a wrap - why not spindle my images?
Thanks to @fractalkitty for organizing the event and all the fun/challenging prompts. Hats off to all who created interesting math art!
Mathober day 25: cell. Rotating 120-cell with cells moved apart a bit. Russell Towle made a still image in this style a long time ago. I like it a lot. I'm mimicking it in this animation. See my reply for Towle's original picture.

#mathober2022 Day 15 Packing. I'd assigned some square penny packing as a writing option for alg learners. (We had done the @desmos activity) They all did square grid packing, which got me wondering when that is not most efficient. How close would it be to quadratic? 3", 3.5", 4"
Apologies to #mathober, but there are some images you can’t get out of your head.
